Andhra Pradesh: Man Brutally Murders 20-year-old Daughter for Marrying Man From Another Caste
The incident took place at Kotha Palem village in the Prakasam district.

A man reportedly murdered his 20-year-old daughter Kota Vaishnavi for marrying a boy belonging to another caste in the Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh. The incident took place at Kotha Palem village, Tallur Mandal in the area.
NDTV reporter Uma Sudhir, however, reported that Vaishnavi’s father Venka Reddy throttled her to death because “she was friendly with a classmate in college belonging to another caste”.

According to The Hans India, Vaishnavi was studying in a college in Ongole. The police reportedly reached the spot and registered a case.
