Actor Deepika Amin revealed that Nath tried to barge into her room during a telefilm shooting in 1995.
After writer-producer Vinta Nanda, actress Sandhya Mridul and another unnamed woman accused actor Alok Nath of sexual misconduct, actor Deepika Amin also levelled similar allegations against Nath on Wednesday.
Amin stated in a Facebook post that during the shooting of a telefilm in 1995, Nath made sexual advances towards her.
“Years ago on a telefilm outdoor shoot he tried to barge into my room. He slobbered over women, drunk and created a scene. The unit rallied around me and made sure I was safe. I was quite young but I still remember vividly how horrible he was,” she wrote.

Mridul had also shared a similar story on social media on Wednesday. She described how Nath attempted to assault her during the shooting of a TV show for Zee. He approached her room one night in a severely inebriated state, and pushed the door and ‘lunged’ at Mridul. She wrote, “I fell backwards towards the bathroom door he lunged at me again screaming I want you you’re mine.”
