A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) minister in Gujarat, Ganpat Vasava, was at an embarrassing loss of words when local reporters asked him if BJP MLAs would donate a month’s salary to to the families of Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF) who died in the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday, February 14.

A video of the incident has been shared on social media.

Tribal development, tourism, forest, women and child welfare minister Vasava was asked by a reporter that like the Congress MLAs in the state, would the BJP lawmakers also consider donating a month’s salary to the families of the CRPF jawans killed in the Pulwama attack.

The Mangrol MLA, instead of answering the reporter’s questions, kept looking away from the cameras and then abruptly walked away.
