Here’s How Priyanka Gandhi Responded To People Chanting ‘Modi’ (Video)
No, she did not have them sent to prison
Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday, May 13, took Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporters by surprise. In an age of extreme polarisation, when BJP and Congress supporters are usually at each other’s throats, Priyanka Gandhi greeted BJP supporters warmly.
As per a video going viral on social media, BJP supporters were chanting “Modi-Modi” at Priyanka Gandhi’s passing cavalcade. Even as the cars stopped and she stepped out of her black SUV, the group once again shouted “Modi-Modi” slogans.
The Congress Uttar Pradesh East head, however, went towards them, shook hands with them and said, “Aap apni jagah, main meri jagah. All the best (You stand your ground, and I’ll stand mine).”
As Priyanka Gandhi's vehicle passes by Crowd Chants "Modi-Modi", She stops her car Smiles and shakes hand with them saying "Aap Apni jagah, Ham Apni Jagah…All The Best".

Such was Gandhi’s sincerity; a BJP supporter could be heard saying “very good” in reaction to this gesture.
Earlier too, a video had surfaced on social media, where kids could be seen chanting against PM Modi. When they uttered expletives against the PM, Gandhi stopped them and said, “Ye wala nai, ye wala accha nai lagta. Acche acche wale, theek hai.” — Not this one, this one is not good. Only good ones, okay?
