Madhya Pradesh: BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya Threatens Indore Municipal Corporation
He is the son of BJP National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya.
Attending the inauguration of a flyover bridge in his constituency, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Akash Vijayvargiya, son of party national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya, reportedly threatened Indore municipal corporation on Friday, January 25.
He was reportedly miffed that he was informed of the inauguration event only a day in advance. Vijayvargiya said on the mic, “Mujhse puche bina meri vidansabha mein Nagar Nigam koi karyakram na kare, theek hai? Nahin to aap samajh jaana ki kya hoga. (The municipal corporation must not organise any events in my constituency without asking me first, okay? Or else, just understand what will happen),” reported Patrika.
Last week, News18 had reported that Akash’s name was left out of the invitation card of an event organised by Indian Railway and attended by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan in Indore. Unhappy at the omission, he had chosen to skip the event even though he had been invited.
