“Muslims were also a part of the 40 personnel killed in Pulwama,” he added.
Siddharth Kumar, the son of a Pulwama martyr has condemned Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s comments calling the Indian army Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal army.
In a video report by Barkha Dutt for HTN Tiranga TV, at Shamli in Uttar Pradesh, Kumar said communal tensions should not be exploited in political rallies, adding that Hindus and Muslims both reside peacefully in the same country. He questioned why people are being differentiated on the basis of their religion.
When asked about the U.P. CM’s ‘Modiji ki sena” remark, he said, “The Indian army is not Modi’s personal army, it serves the country.”
