Rajasthan: EVM Allegedly Found in a Private Residence Near BJP MLA Madan Rathore’s House
Rathore is an MLA from Sumerpur, Pali district. Allegedly, the house is located in the constituency of another BJP MLA, Gyanchand Parakh.
Barely hours before the Rajasthan Assembly polls are supposed to commence, a video has surfaced on Twitter that suggests foul play on part of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). A video shared by Pawan Yadav, Congress State Coordinator for Haryana, an Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and a Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) can be seen placed at a private residence.
The person shooting the video says that the private home that is located near the residence BJP MLA Madan Rathore. The narrator also says that the house is situated in the ward of BJP MLA Gyanchand Parakh. Parakh is the MLA from Pali constituency and Rathore is the MLA from Sumerpur constituency, both in Pali district.

As seen in the video, the person shooting it asks how an EVM could be found at a private residence. The video shows the nameplate in front of the house in which the EVM was found.
Polling in the state will begin on the morning of December 7, 2018.
