In the last few days, 35 people have died and 56 have been injured due to torrential rains in the city, reported Timesnow.com. Most schools and colleges remain shut due to water logged roads.
In light of this, Tawde’s remarks come as shock to Mumbaikars.
Dear Mr. Tawde, we about 1000+ people are stranded in Vadodara Express for almost 12 hrs. now between Virar and Nalla Sopara stations. Both side water is more than knee deep and full with snakes and crabs.

It appears that Tawde is quite distant from reality.
