Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Killed Apple Executive Vivek Tiwari In Cold Blood, Says Eyewitness Sana Khan
The Uttar Pradesh Police have arrested two constables based on a complaint by Khan.
New Delhi: The colleague accompanying Apple sales manager Vivek Tiwari in Lucknow on Saturday morning confirmed that a Uttar Pradesh Police constable killed the 38-year-old in clod blood as he refused to stop his car.
Narrating the incident, eyewitness Sana Khan said, “The car, in which we were sitting, was moving slowly. It was not parked. The two police constables came and asked us to stop. But, Vivek sir didn’t stop thinking it is dark outside and a girl was also present. Next, the police bike and our car’s front tyre collided.”
“One police constable, who was carrying a stick started hitting on my side of the car. The other one shot him. He kept driving and hit a pillar. I couldn’t see the policemen after that,” Khan added.

Based on a complaint by Khan, the Uttar Pradesh Police have arrested two constables. According to the FIR, lodged by Khan at the Gomti Nagar police station, the car was parked near the City Montessori School in Gomti Nagar Extension.
